It was honestly probably the best facial I've ever received. Caitlyn struck the perfect balance between providing a relaxing spa experience while still educating me on my skincare routine. She was really thorough and took her time, making sure to massage my hands, feet, and shoulders. I felt totally relaxed and really well cared for. When I got home, my husband said it looks like I got a few days of sleep and that I look really well rested. For a toddler mom, that's about the best compliment you can get!

Wonderful experience. The staff were very courteous and knowledgeable. The spa offers a relaxing ambience second to none. Journey has something for everyone such as manicures, massages, hair styling, and my personal favorite the salt room. I would recommend Journey to anyone looking for a relaxing experience. By far the best salon & spa in Findlay! The Journey team is so caring and skilled. I've had massages, facials, haircuts, manicures, and pedicures here and have always left feeling incredibly relaxed and pampered. A truly luxurious experience in Findlay that I would recommend to everyone!

Alyssa has done my hair twice now and it’s the best it’s ever looked! She is incredibly talented, and she’s also very friendly and helpful. Journey’s is peaceful, pretty, and serene. I enjoy that each stylist has their own alcove including chair and sink; it’s so private. Everyone is very friendly!
